I am very pleased to announce that I have made two small changes to the forum that I personally feel bring it up to a standard of usability. I will freely admit that I've been a tad lazy in updating things that need to be fixed, but we're getting there, slowly but surely. I have changed the color scheme to a stronger, less default color scheme (the particular shade of purple up top is a placeholder until I can find the exact shade used in the UWR flag) and a less confused (I hope) layout for categories and sub-forums.
One of the things I love about Warzones is that, when they're not being raided, they move at a decent pace for the casual gameplayer to keep up with, and that we pride ourselves more on longevity than activity. However, when dealing with forums and forum embassies, this is not an acceptable way to operate. As leader of a socialist region, I am fond of quoting various revolutionaries on and off of NationStates. One of my favorite quotes which I first heard from the book Persepolis is as follows:
Nowhere is this more true than in running a regional government on NationStates, and even more so for an interregional organization which has no gameplay counterpart to fall back on. Therefore, we will be launching several different initiatives over the coming weeks to ensure that the UWR moves forward.
First, we will be overhauling the masking system to keep outsiders from spying and make sure everyone can post where the need and no more.
Second, we will continue and complete the full integration of the PRWA's forums into them newly-created devolved government's section.
And third, we will move forward plans to bring in Roleplaying and other activities to the forum to attract a larger, more permanent player base.
That is all for now. I look forward to your comments.

The Revolution is like a bicycle. When the wheel's don't turn, it falls.
