Warzone Anti-Infection Act
An act to defend against possible future zombie virus pandemics
Whereas the world community has been troubled by recurrent zombie attacks resulting from the continued evolution of Exanimis type viruses, directly resulting in trillions of deaths and significant damage to many nation's infrastructure,
It has been resolved by the nations of the Unified a Legislative Assembly and the senate of the UWR:
That any announcement of an impending zombie pandemic or similar affliction, or the appearance of evidence to suggest that one is imminent or in progress will result in an immediate state of emergency
Any national government which adopts a pro-zombie platform will immediately forfeit citizenship status in the UWR and its constituent regions for the duration of the epidemic, and will forfeit citizen's protections under constitutional law
Any live samples of a zombie-type virus, including in infected persons, will henceforth be a proscribed substance, illegal for transport across national and regional borders. Any violation of this clause is punishable by summary ejection
Any use of "zombie hordes" or other weapons of mass destruction of zombie origin will be henceforth deemed illegal, and will punishable by summary ejection and ban, and renewing ban for each subsequent update during which the zombie epidemic continues
Any nation that has indicated its intention to ignore the crisis by evacuating and shutting down government operations will forfeit citizen's protections under constitutional law. Furthermore any national government who cannot be contacted within five hours after the beginning of an attack will be presumed to have collapsed, and will also forfeit protection. Such nations may be ejected if deemed necessary to prevent the further spread of infection.
